Not Intended for Minors
Adults or guardians may purchase products or services on behalf of their children, but this Site is not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 18. Our DNA test kits and any other products or services advertised on this Site are intended to be purchased, registered, and interpreted by adults. Moreover, we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. You must be 18 years of age or older to submit registration information or saliva samples. If you believe that a minor of whom you are a parent or guardian has registered or otherwise provided Personal Information without your consent, please contact us at clients@geno3.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove all personal information related to the minor.
Lawful bases and data protection rights
Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide client care, services, health products and other goods are:
- Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
- Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

How long we keep information
We do not specify a fixed time period for storing health and personal data. Instead, we retain data only as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Clients have the right to request the deletion of their personal and health data at any time.
Upon such a request, we will securely delete or anonymise the data in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
