Geno 3 is our attempt at empowering people to own their own health story and journey, to take action based on what is right for them as an individual and to LIVE their best life from a place of optimal health and fitness

Jenny, Geno 3 Co-founder

We realised something simple:

People don’t need more health information or hacks or equipment or supplements.

They need to know:

  1. What actually matters for them and why.
  2. Where to start.
  3. What to focus on that is personalised and tailored to their body, environment and lifestyle.

That’s what Geno 3 is built around.

We combine:

  • DNA insights.

  • Lifestyle and environment understanding.

  • Practical guidance

But more importantly:

We simplify it.

So instead of trying to do everything, you can focus on the few things that actually move the needle.

Three sisters.

Three different paths.

One shared vision.

  • Jenny – Former professional athlete, health coach and living proof of what’s possible when things finally make sense.
  • Kirsty – Nutritionist, educator and Principal Teacher.

  • Lorna – Personal trainer and health coach focused on sustainable, real-world change.

Together, we bring over 60 years of combined experience, but more importantly, a shared understanding of what it feels like when health is confusing and suddenly becomes clear.

Introducing the rest of our small and mighty team in detail...

Co-Founder, Nutritionist, Principal Teacher of Home Economics & Mother of two

Kirsty

As a co-founder of Geno 3, I bring a strong background in nutrition and education, with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and a PGDE in Home Economics. I spent ten years teaching in secondary schools, progressing to principal teacher. In this role, I helped students understand the importance of a healthy diet and equipped them with essential kitchen skills, aimed at fostering a lifelong passion for healthy eating and cooking.

After taking a break to welcome my two children, I'm excited to restart my career with Geno 3. It is our mission to guide and support others in their personal health journeys.

Outside of work, I'm a busy mum who loves nurturing my family with healthy meals and spending quality time with my children, participating in healthy activities. I've recently discovered a taste for coffee, thanks to insights from my own Geno 3 report! This blend (no pun intended) of professional and personal experience allows me to understand the challenges our clients face and what they need to succeed.

Co-Founder, Personal Trainer & Mother of two

Lorna

As a passionate advocate for holistic health, I bring a unique blend of personal training expertise and intuitive understanding to Geno 3. Living in sunny Australia I have the joy of helping others tackle health challenges, focusing on how emotional and mental well-being impacts physical health. As a deeply intuitive person, I understand the complexities people face when making changes to their diet, exercise routines, and overall health choices.

That’s why I’ve always been drawn to fitness both for myself and for my clients 1:1 and in groups. Blending physical training and time in nature with groups of people who want to be healthy is my happy place.

Outside of work, I’m a mother of two and try to spend as much time as I can with them walking, cycling and exploring the great outdoors. I love horse riding and pushing my limits in the gym – these things all fuel my energy and connection with others.

This blend of professional expertise and personal insight along with our new data driven approach to health is the perfect foundation, allowing me to guide clients through their health journeys with empathy and understanding.

Geno 3 Podcast Host and MC

Andy

When I'm not leading the conversations on our podcast, I am a Principal Teacher of Guidance and Physical Education with a passion for sports – especially football. In my spare time I'll be cheering on Manchester United Football Club or enjoying quality time with my family as a hands-on dad.

A period of illness, sparked a deep interest in better understanding what impacts my health and well-being. Now, I'm on a mission to learn more and support others in their journey, while keeping things light hearted and entertaining.

Whether I'm exploring the latest health research or sharing a personal story, I will keep the conversation lively and relatable. Tune in to join the fun and learn something new along the way!
