Health Challenge: Navigating advanced cancer and overwhelming information.

Jenny was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2021 following a bowel obstruction and underwent emergency surgery, followed by chemotherapy.

After a period of being clear, routine scans in late 2023 showed secondary tumours in her liver and lungs.

At that point, Jenny was facing complex decisions, aggressive treatment options, and a large volume of information.

Alongside medical care, she wanted to understand what else she could focus on to support her body but it was difficult to know where to start or what actually mattered most.

The Shift.

What changed wasn’t a single test or data point or a health strategy, it was the approach.

Alongside her medical care, Jenny worked with an integrative health team who brought together DNA insights, blood markers and her personal health history to understand what her body was trying to tell her.

Rather than treating each piece of information in isolation, the focus was on making sense of it all and identifying the areas that mattered most at that time.

This experience showed her the difference that clarity and prioritisation can make when time, energy and money is limited and decisions feel heavy.

Instead of trying to act on everything at once, Jenny focused on a smaller number of high-impact areas including nutrition, recovery, stress management, movement, and daily habits.  All guided by a clearer understanding of her body and her life circumstances and environment.

The emphasis wasn’t on doing more, but on doing what mattered, in a way that was realistic and sustainable alongside treatment.

How it felt.

That shift brought a noticeable sense of calm.

Jenny felt more grounded and confident in the choices she was making.

Rather than feeling overwhelmed by information or options, she had a clearer framework for deciding where to place her energy.

It reduced pressure at a time when emotional and physical resources were already stretched.

Where things are now.

Looking back, this experience became the foundation for Geno 3.

It highlighted how powerful it can be to take complex health information such as DNA, body biomarkers such as blood panels and personal history and translate them into clear, prioritised focus areas that people can actually live with.

Today, Jenny continues to move forward with that same clarity-first mindset and is thriving in her own health and healing story.

And Geno 3 exists to offer others the kind of orientation and support that made such a difference during her own journey.
