For years, I experimented with every health trend I could find—from vegan diets and so-called “high-quality” multivitamins to weight training and meditation.
My goal?
To boost my performance as an athlete and improve my overall well-being.
Most of these many experiments were inspired by the latest media fads, advice from coaches and medical professionals, or books I’d read. My approach was scattered, hoping that somewhere in the chaos I’d find those elusive marginal gains.
